Element 112
Today I want to take a minute and mention my friend Chris Nixon and his fabulous restaurant in Sylvania, Element 112. Chris is awesome. He is just awesome and his food is even better. All of the food at Element 112 is farm to table – natural – organic and creative. From his personally forged mushrooms to his grass fed beef the food is elegant and healthy. His food changes every day depending on what is in season and what is available fresh that day.Sachs said after eating at Element 112 “that was probably the best meal I’ve ever had in Toledo”. I encourage anyone who is looking for a “dining experience” with elegant healthy food to check it out.
