New Years Resolutions…
So its the time of year when we vow to get in shape. This is the year I get healthy and fit!! So why don’t you start? Many folks think that starting a fitness program does not include CrossFit. I have heard way too many times, “maybe I’ll try CrossFit when I get more fit.” In all honesty – that could be the farthest from the truth. CrossFit is a coached scaled controled environment. Everyone starts at their own pace and with different skills. All CrossFit programming is personal and adjusted to each individuals abilities. So- don’t be scared and trust us and the process. This is the year – what are you wating for?
