It’s been a great month with our new foundation classes! We have several new CrossFitters that are finishing up the inaugural session of the 3 week beginner program. Now every new person that wants to CrossFit at BSCF – goes through a 6 class program that covers all of the basics. They learn everything from the shoulder press to the basics of a snatch. In addition, everyone experiences a For Time, AMRAP and a Tabata so they have an idea of the variety of workouts we do. Plus… everyone that’s starting out gets to meet each other! Sachs and I have had a blast working with everyone and are proud of all of their hard work. So welcome – Justin, Alison, Abby, Lindsay and Chris! We are excited that you are here and look forward to working with you on your fitness journey!
