Yoga Erin’s Salad Dressing

1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tsp each – Thyme, Cumin, Salt, Pepper

1 TBSP each – Honey, Dijon Mustard

4 Cloves Garlic Chopped

1/4 Bunch Minced Cilantro (optional if you hate cilantro)

3/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

* add water to thin if necessary
